We stayed at L'Esplanade during our cycling trip through Brittany and Vendee. the hotel's brilliant location offers stunning views of the Loire River from the front rooms. As tired cyclists, we were grateful for the welcoming and solicitous staff who made our stay comfortable. the dinner at the lively and cosy restaurant was much appreciated after a long day of riding. the set menu was good, and there were also a la carte options. Despite the hotel being busy, we were served promptly and well. the breakfast provided was plentiful and set us up for the day. The comfortable bed with nice laundered linen added to the overall positive experience. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.
